1xbat Terms and Conditions for Pakistan Players

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the 1xbat platform, including the website at 1xbat.ml, the Android mobile application available from the Download section, and any related services provided under the 1xbat brand name. "Platform" throughout this document refers collectively to all of these.

The 1xbat platform provides access to sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, and related entertainment services. These Terms govern the relationship between 1xbat and every registered player ("you", "your", "the player"). They set out the rules that apply to account registration, how you use your account balance, what is expected of you as a player, and what you can expect from the platform in return.

2. Eligibility

To use the 1xbat platform and maintain an active account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age. There are no exceptions to this requirement. If 1xbat determines at any point that a player is under 18, the account will be closed immediately and any balance may be withheld pending investigation.
• You are registering and using the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as a representative of another person or a business entity.
• You have not previously been excluded from the platform, either voluntarily through a self-exclusion request or by a decision of 1xbat.
• You are not registering a duplicate account — each individual is permitted one account only.
• You understand that online gambling carries financial risk and that the platform is entertainment, not a source of guaranteed income.

1xbat reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — registration, before a withdrawal, or at any other point the platform considers appropriate. Failure to provide satisfactory verification when requested may result in account restrictions or closure.

3. Account Registration

When you register a 1xbat account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, and contact details. The name on your 1xbat account must match the name on the payment method you use to deposit and withdraw funds in PKR — mismatches between account name and payment method identity may cause withdrawal delays or account reviews.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — username, password, and any linked two-factor authentication — secure and confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone else. 1xbat will never ask you for your password by email, chat, or phone.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately. 1xbat is not liable for losses that result from you sharing your credentials or from your failure to take reasonable steps to secure your account access.

Each player may hold only one account. If you have previously closed an account, contact support before registering again. Self-registration of a new account after a self-exclusion period may be treated as a breach of these terms.

4. Deposits and Payments

1xbat accepts deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, Visa debit/credit cards, Mastercard debit/credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. The available methods and any applicable minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the Deposit section of your account.

All funds deposited into your 1xbat account must be from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a payment account registered to another person is not permitted and may trigger an account review. This applies equally to JazzCash and Easypaisa mobile wallet accounts — they must be registered to you personally.

Deposits are credited to your account balance in PKR. 1xbat does not apply any additional fees on the platform side for standard deposits, though your own bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are outside of 1xbat's control.

1xbat does not accept deposits from third parties, anonymous payment sources, or any method that does not allow clear identification of the originating account holder. Deposits made through methods not currently listed as supported may not be credited and could be subject to return to the originating source, which may take additional time.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 1xbat account are paid back in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your name. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and to ensure that funds are returned to their legitimate source.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in your account's withdrawal section. 1xbat does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees, though processing times vary by method:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa: Typically processed within a few hours of the request being confirmed, subject to verification status.
• Raast and Bank Transfer: Processing may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Card withdrawals: Three to five business days is standard, though this can vary by card issuer.

Before processing any withdrawal, 1xbat may require completion of identity verification. You may be asked to submit a copy of a valid national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or documentation for the payment method being used. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and is not applied selectively.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed in the order they are received. Requests submitted during peak periods may take slightly longer than the standard estimates above. If your withdrawal has not arrived within the stated timeframe after confirmation, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Any portion of your account balance that consists of active bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the wagering condition is satisfied. Real money funds that are not subject to any bonus conditions can be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal amount and verification requirements.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

1xbat offers welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and other promotional credits from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms covering the wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, maximum bonus amount, and expiry date. These specific terms are published on the Promotions page alongside each active offer.

General bonus terms that apply across all 1xbat promotions unless the specific offer states otherwise:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim window. Retroactive application of a bonus to a deposit already made is not available.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the bonus expiry period. Any remaining bonus balance after the expiry date is forfeited automatically.
• Free spins winnings are typically credited as bonus funds and subject to the same wagering conditions as other bonus credits unless the specific offer states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are used after real money balance unless the specific offer states a different order of play.
• 1xbat reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it is claimed. Once a bonus has been credited to an account, the terms stated at the time of crediting apply for the life of that bonus.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus through a second account is considered abuse and may result in both accounts being closed.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.

1xbat monitors bonus activity across all accounts. Where patterns suggest bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk bet staking designed specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine game engagement — the platform reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to close the account if the behaviour is repeated or egregious.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on 1xbat are subject to the specific betting rules for the relevant sport and market. For cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals, and other domestic or international fixtures — the rules for match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments, and reduced-over games are stated in the sports betting rules section of the platform. Please review these before placing bets on weather-affected fixtures.

For casino games and slot games, the rules, paytables, and RTP (Return to Player) information for each individual title are accessible within the game itself or through the game information panel in the lobby. These games are supplied by independent software providers and use certified Random Number Generators. 1xbat does not control the outcome of any casino or slot game — all results are determined entirely by the game software.

Live casino games are subject to the rules of the individual game variant as stated by the dealer or displayed on the live table interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game, the round result is determined by the game state at the point of disconnection. 1xbat is not liable for losses caused by your own internet connection issues during live play.

• Bets placed in error (for example, wrong amount or wrong selection) cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the system.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds have been published at a clearly incorrect level due to a technical or human error — may be voided by 1xbat at its discretion. Winnings from such bets will not be paid.

• Match fixing, collusion, or any form of cheating across any game type is prohibited and will be reported where required.

8. Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your 1xbat account. This includes choosing a strong, unique password, not reusing passwords from other sites, and logging out of the platform when using a shared or public device. Where two-factor authentication is available on your account, 1xbat strongly encourages you to enable it.

1xbat uses SSL encryption on all connections to the platform and stores account data and payment details using standard security practices. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security against all external threats. The protection of your own login credentials is a shared responsibility — 1xbat handles the platform side, and you handle your own device and access security.

If you suspect your account has been compromised — for example, if you notice bets or transactions you did not make — contact 1xbat support immediately. Do not wait. Early notification gives the best chance of limiting any damage and allows the security team to investigate quickly. 1xbat is not able to reverse bets or transactions that were made through correct account credentials, even if those credentials were obtained by a third party due to the player's own negligence.

9. Responsible Gaming

1xbat is an entertainment platform. Gambling involves financial risk and is not a suitable activity for everyone. The platform provides a range of self-management tools to help players maintain control of their activity, and these are available to every registered user at any time without needing to contact support:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum deposit cap per day, week, or calendar month. Limits can be reduced immediately; increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a set amount of time in an active session.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary suspension of your account for a defined period, or a permanent closure. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed before the stated period ends.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

1xbat reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if:

• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The player has provided false registration information or submitted fraudulent verification documents.
• The account is found to be a duplicate of an existing account held by the same individual.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or collusive betting behaviour is detected.
• The account is involved in any activity that 1xbat reasonably believes constitutes money laundering or misuse of the payment system.
• The player has breached any section of these Terms.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms or suspected fraud, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited entirely. If the investigation finds no breach, the available balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily for any reason — including responsible gaming grounds — may do so by contacting support. Voluntary closures at the player's own request are processed promptly. Any real money balance available at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your verified payment method subject to the standard withdrawal process.

11. Limitation of Liability

1xbat provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While the platform aims to maintain consistent uptime and service quality, occasional interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occur. 1xbat is not liable for losses — including betting or gaming losses — caused by platform downtime, delayed data feeds, or technical errors, except where such errors directly result in an incorrect game outcome being applied to your account.

1xbat is not responsible for any losses arising from your own decisions as a player — including bets placed, games chosen, or stakes wagered. All betting and gaming activity on the platform involves voluntary financial risk assumed entirely by the player.

In the event of a technical fault that results in an incorrect outcome being displayed or credited to your account, 1xbat reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the account balance accordingly, regardless of whether the error was in the player's favour or not. Players are expected to notify support of any suspected errors rather than knowingly exploiting them.

12. Changes to These Terms

1xbat may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page will be revised and, where practical, registered players will be notified through the platform or by email.

Continued use of the 1xbat platform after an update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and withdraw your available balance. We recommend reviewing this page periodically so you are always aware of the current rules that apply to your account.
